    I believe that therapy is a place to explore and re-discover our strengths, who we are at present, and how we want to shape our lives into what we dream for ourselves.

    My approach is to work in collaboration with individuals and I utilize a strength based, person-centered perspective while integrating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies as well as psychodynamic and other insight-oriented therapies. Ultimately, it is about creating a safe space to explore the challenges that are holding one back from moving forward with being their true, authentic self.
