    Individual Counseling


    If you’ve been struggling with overwhelming worry, self doubt, anger, or sadness, you want to feel better sooner than later. I doon’t believe that significant personal change have to take a long time (contrary to popular belief, research supports the idea that rapid change is possible in counseling).  I provide longer term individual counseling as well.

    The counseling I provide is goal directed, supportive and structured. Through one-on-one sessions with your me, you can learn more effective tools that will bring you closer to the person you want to be, the relationships you wish to have, and the life you want to live.

    We are specialists in helping you get beyond feeling:

    • Anxious, tense, worried, panicked, or obsessed

    • Down, depressed, sad, unmotivated

    • Disturbed by painful memories or experiences

    • Frustrated, angry, or disconnected from someone in your life
